Mode of Action
Inhibits the activity of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, affecting the nervous system, leading to convulsions and death.
Properties
A systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action.
Penetrates plant leaves effectively (Translaminar).
Has a strong odor, which can repel mother insects, birds, and rodents.
Pests Controlled
Acme is used to control thrips, citrus psyllid, leafhoppers, scale insects, mealybugs, caterpillars, and various beetles.
Application Method and Dosage
Application: Spray thoroughly when insect outbreaks occur. The spray should form small droplets that cover the entire leaf surface and all parts of the plant.
Dosage: Recommended usage is 200-300 cc per 200 liters of water.
