Mode of Action
Disrupts the flow of glutamate through chloride channels, affecting the nervous system and muscles, leading to paralysis and death.
Properties
It is a systemic insecticide that kills insects through contact and ingestion.
It penetrates plant leaves well (translaminar action).
It is a "cool" insecticide, making it suitable for use at any time.
It dissolves well and does not cause dust dispersal.
Protection and Control
The Next is used to protect against and control caterpillars, flower borers, fruit borers, leaf miners, and thrips.
Usage and Application Rate
Spray thoroughly when an insect outbreak is detected. The spray should be fine enough to wet all parts of the plant, including all leaves and other surfaces.
Recommended Application Rate: 100 grams of The Next per 200 liters of water.
